![]() ![]() The drive through line was long so we went inside. My granddaughter asked if we could go to McDonald's as she hadn't been there since covid hit. In my experience I'd rather wait for a correct order than hurriedly get one that's incorrect. Take your time and make sure orders are correct. Again, I get being short handed but this is a bit ridiculous. Kudos to door dash support and their drivers for going above and beyond, but McDonald's needs to do better. I ask the driver to open the bag to make sure all is there before he leaves m he says they forgot 2 of the 4 holiday pies I had ordered alongside the fries. Contact door dash support again for another refund so I can get my items. Contacted door dash support for a refund so I could reorder what was forgotten. They forgot the nuggets and 4 orders of fries. We ordered the shareable pack with the cheeseburgers and nuggets and fries. I work for burger king off 43 and 11 and run with 2 people a shift, and we hardly ever miss any order. But they need to make sure they have all items in mobile and door dash orders. Our orders are on the larger side cause there's 6 of us. This time it was 2 drinks for a couple meals. Wether it's thru door dash or the McDonald's mobile app. Every time, they forget part of our order. We order from this McDonald's a handful of times a month cause it's the closest one to us.
